I created Journey Gems with a very clear vision: to work with a select collection of exceptional properties and represent them in a way that feels authentic, personal, and purposeful.
With over 25 years in the travel and hospitality industry, I’m convinced that the most successful partnerships are built not on volume or transactions, but on genuine relationships. In an increasingly crowded marketplace, it is meaningful connection that truly sets a property apart — connection to its destination, connection to its story, and ultimately connection to the guests who will value and appreciate what it offers.

Every property I choose to represent is carefully selected. I look beyond facilities and room categories to find places with character, a strong sense of place, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences. Whether it is a boutique guest house, luxury safari lodge, coastal retreat, or distinctive experiential property, each partner shares a dedication to quality, authenticity, and heartfelt hospitality.
Journey Gems is intentionally boutique. I prefer to work closely with a limited number of carefully chosen properties, allowing me to become an extension of their team and a true ambassador for their brand. This hands-on approach enables me to tell each property’s story with passion, credibility, and a deep understanding of what makes it unique.
The relationships I have built throughout my career with tour operators, travel designers, wholesalers, and industry decision-makers are at the heart of what I do. These partnerships have been cultivated over many years through trust, consistency, and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional travel experiences.
My role extends beyond representation alone. I work alongside property owners and management teams to refine positioning, identify opportunities for growth, develop compelling experiences, and ensure that each property remains relevant to the evolving expectations of today’s discerning traveler.
